With a project spanning 95,000 square meters, Bilgiçler Yapı plans to spend 3 billion 100 million liras in office and commercial units in Istanbul Bayrampaşa. The initiative intends to boost production and conserve resources for businesses.
Bilgiçler Yapı declared that they will make an immediate investment of 3 billion 100 million liras towards the smart trade and business center projects in Istanbul Bayrampaşa.
IN 7 YEARS, 7 BILLION INVESTMENTS
“Commercial buildings in Istanbul are very old and many of them need to be renovated,” said Bilgiçler Yapı Board Member Ali Emre Bilgiç, citing that they had signed five projects in the real estate industry, investing seven billion and two hundred million liras in the last seven years. Because of this, we are getting ready to implement our new project in Bayrampaşa, which we may refer to as the commercial center of the city. The project will comprise offices and commercial space on a closed-off area of 95,000 square meters. We’ve finished getting ready for our project, and the pre-demand phase will begin shortly. For this project, we want to invest 3 billion 100 million liras. As a result of our cumulative expertise and experience, the project is a masterpiece.”
Bilgiç stated, “We have realized 141 thousand square meters of commercial units so far.” This emphasizes that they have created roomy environments with a variety of functions, including shops, warehouses, showrooms, auto dealerships, and workshops needed in trade with their projects. We take great pride in the idea of green building. Energy conservation and efficiency are our top priorities. Our new initiative will involve the construction of environmentally friendly, self-sufficient buildings. We are incorporating features like natural ventilation, seven-meter-high ceilings, and truck access to every story. Natural circulation ventilation systems help to block off strong scents like manufacturing emissions and pollution. Our projects, which are positioned in logistically significant locations near the city center, roads, and airports, boost commercial conditions and make it easier for sector participants.”

Bilgiç stated that they will continue to engage in the housing sector until 2025, adding, “We have delivered 97 villas and 72 residences with Göl Istanbul and Minas Park.” We finished 141 thousand square meters of commercial units, including our smart trade and business hubs AKTİM 1, 2, and 3. Our quest for land, ground surveys, and project studies continues, and we incorporate new ones into our designs, which prioritize low-rise and horizontal architecture. Except for our commercial project in Bayrampaşa, we continue to work on fresh investments totaling 3 billion 500 million liras.”
