According to the statement by Bilgiçler Yapı, pre-sales have started with 18% of the units sold, and the project’s promotion is planned for the next month. The project, which will rise on a 22,000 square meter land, consists of 332 independent sections. Designed with modern architecture, the project is set to bring a new breath to Istanbul with its shops and offices. While AKTİM Çarşı aims to bring a new understanding to Istanbul trade with its street stores, the AKTİM office block is designed to meet the needs of today. In the office section where luxury and comfort are combined, every detail, from concierge services to ample parking capacity, has been meticulously considered. Dubbed as Bilgiçler Yapı’s “masterpiece,” the AKTİM Çarşı and AKTİM Ofis projects will be delivered to their owners in 24 months. “Bringing a new breath to Bayrampaşa” Ali Emre Bilgiç, a member of the Board of Directors of Bilgiçler Yapı, stated in the statement that they have produced 141,000 square meters of commercial real estate with the AKTİM1, AKTİM2, and AKTİM3 projects so far, indicating that they have gained significant experience in commercial real estate production with three projects, and that they are very familiar with commercial needs and design their projects accordingly. Bilgiç, who also emphasized the importance of location in commercial real estate projects, stated: “Istanbul is a big metropolis. We are in an important location in terms of logistics.
