Bilgiçler Yapı launched pre-promotion sales for AKTİM Bazaar and AKTİM Office projects in Bayrampaşa. The project’s 332 individual sections are developed using new generation architecture and will provide a breath of fresh air to Istanbul. AKTİM Bazaar’s street stores offer a fresh perspective on Istanbul trade, while the AKTİM office building caters to modern necessities. The project will be completed and delivered to its owners in 24 months, providing a breath of fresh air to the region.

Bilgiçler Yapı has initiated the pre-sale of the AKTİM Çarşı and AKTİM Ofis projects in Bayrampaşa. According to a statement from Bilgiçler Yapı, 18% of the units were sold in the pre-sale phase, and the project’s introduction is planned for the coming month. The project, which will rise on a 22,000 square meter plot of land, consists of 332 independent sections. Designed with a new generation of architecture, the project is set to bring a new perspective to Istanbul with its shops and offices. While AKTİM Çarşı aims to introduce a new understanding of commerce to Istanbul with its street stores, the AKTİM office block is designed to meet the needs of today. Every detail, from concierge services to ample parking capacity, has been meticulously considered in the office section, where luxury and comfort are combined. Referred to as the “masterpiece” project of Bilgiçler Yapı, the AKTİM Çarşı and AKTİM Ofis projects will be delivered to their owners within 24 months. “Bringing a new breath to Bayrampaşa” Ali Emre Bilgiç, a member of the Board of Directors of Bilgiçler Yapı, stated in the statement that they have produced 141 thousand square meters of commercial real estate with the AKTİM1, AKTİM2, and AKTİM3 projects to date, indicating that they have gained serious experience in commercial real estate production in three projects and are very knowledgeable about commercial needs, and accordingly, they designed the projects. Emphasizing the importance of location in commercial real estate projects, Bilgiç said, “Istanbul is a big metropolis. We are in an important point in terms of logistics. The Bayrampaşa region is a key area for both trade and transportation. Our projects are very close to highways and connecting roads, which will shorten business hours. The intense interest in our AKTİM Çarşı and AKTİM Ofis projects stems from both their location and solution-oriented architecture. With the added advantages of new generation architecture, a satisfying investment process begins for investors.” Bilgiç stated that the project will breathe new life into the region with its architectural structure, social facilities, and a 32,000 square meter indoor parking lot, saying, “Many shopping centers have already surpassed their usefulness in terms of construction techniques, energy efficiency, security systems, and functionality. Our AKTİM Çarşı project will provide a deep breath to business owners by meeting a significant need in this regard.”
