Referred to as the “masterpiece” project of Bilgiçler Yapı, the AKTİM Çarşı and AKTİM Ofis projects will be delivered to their owners within 24 months. “Bringing a new breath to Bayrampaşa” Ali Emre Bilgiç, a member of the Board of Directors of Bilgiçler Yapı, stated in the statement that they have produced 141 thousand square meters of commercial real estate with the AKTİM1, AKTİM2, and AKTİM3 projects to date, indicating that they have gained serious experience in commercial real estate production in three projects and are very knowledgeable about commercial needs, and accordingly, they designed the projects.
