EXPLANATIONS

In the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), individuals defined as “data subjects” (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK; applications to our company, which is the data controller regarding these rights, must be submitted to us in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

Within this framework, applications to our company “in writing” can be submitted to us by taking the output of this form;

By the personal application of the Applicant, through a notary, or by being signed by the Applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined in the Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signature and sent to the Company’s registered email address.

Below, detailed information is provided on how written applications will be submitted to us and through which channels.

• If the application is made in person, the written application will be sent to the address of the Company (Company’s address will be written here), with “Request for Information Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” written on the envelope.
• If the application is made through a notary, the written application will be sent to the address of the Company (Company’s address will be written here), with “Request for Information Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” written on the envelope.
• If the application is signed with a secure electronic signature and sent via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), the written application will be sent to the Company’s registered email address (Company’s registered email address will be written here), with “Request for Information Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” written in the subject line of the email.

Furthermore, after the announcement of other methods determined by the Board, the procedures for receiving applications through these methods will be announced by our Company.

Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date of receipt of the request, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK; and our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the relevant provision of Article 13 of the KVKK.
